By accessing and using The BOM platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The BOM reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

The BOM is a business directory and digital advertising platform that connects customers with beauty and grooming professionals across South Africa. We facilitate discovery and communication between service seekers and service providers but do not directly provide beauty or grooming services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms, requesting quotes, or creating profiles. Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, harass or defame professionals listed on the platform, submit false reviews or misleading information, or attempt to circumvent any security features.

4. Business Listings

Professionals and businesses listed on The BOM are independent service providers. The BOM verifies basic credentials but does not guarantee the quality of services provided. Clients are encouraged to review portfolios, ratings, and communicate directly with professionals before booking services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The BOM platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The BOM or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The BOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
